Mudanjiang Northern High Voltage Electric Porcelain Co., Ltd. (formerly Mudanjiang Electric Porcelain Factory), founded in 1958, was the designated factory for the production of electric porcelain by the former Ministry of Machinery Industry. In November 2000, it was transformed from a large state-owned second-tier enterprise into a limited liability company. The factory covers an area of 102,600 square meters and has a construction area of nearly 40,000 square meters. The factory is located in Daqing Street, Mudanjiang City, adjacent to Shihuan Road in the north. The annual production capacity of electrical porcelain is 7,900 tons. The products mainly include 14 series and more than 84 varieties and specifications in two categories: high and low voltage line electrical porcelain and power station electrical porcelain. In August 1998, it was one of the 360 companies included in the "First Batch of Recommended Catalog of Major Equipment Products and Manufacturing Enterprises Required for Urban and Rural Power Grid Construction and Transformation" issued by the State Economic and Trade Commission. In July 2009, we passed the qualification review of our company by the State Grid Corporation's expert group and became a qualified supplier of 220 kV to State Grid Corporation. In November 2010, our company's qualifications were reviewed by the State Grid Corporation's expert group and we became a qualified supplier of 500 kV and below to State Grid Corporation of China.

The company has established and improved quality management system, occupational health and safety management system, environmental management system and national energy management system.

The company has a physical and chemical laboratory of the Electric Porcelain Research Institute, a process laboratory, a process control center, a routine spot check test station, and a product quality inspection center, which can conduct comprehensive quality supervision, inspection and testing of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products. It also has full-time personnel to conduct a complete pre-sales, sales, and after-sales service system.
